Do you allow refunds??
Yes, we do allow refunds if the delivered product is wrong and not matching with your order; or there is a manufacture defect in the delivered product. In order to know the rules and regulations regarding refund, kindly check the “Return and Exchange Policy” on the bottom of your home page.
What is the expected refund resolution timeline??
Once the product is received at our address, it goes through a quality check process. The refund process is initiated within 2 days of quality check. Expected refund resolution timeline is 14-21 days post quality check.
