SHIPPING & REFUND POLICY
Shipping Policy Kartsasta will ensure that the products are delivered in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. For items that require separate shipping charges, we will indicate it clearly in the item detail page and during order placement. If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including shipping charges. If you cancel part of the order, shipping charges will not be refunded. At this point, Kartsasta.com delivers products only within India. You have the option to return or exchange items purchased on Kartsasta.com. Return/Exchange acceptance varies from 7 days of the receipt of item. If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However, an exchange is subject to availability of the item. The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to this Policy:- We do not accept return or exchange requests for innerwear, cosmetics, socks, deodorants, perfumes and free items. Fine jewelry products must be returned within 15 days from the day of delivery. All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact, and should not be broken or tampered with. Only size exchanges are allowed. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size. Exchanges are allowed only if your address is serviceable for an Exchange by our logistics team. In case you had purchased an item which had a free gift associated with it and you wish to return the item, please also return the free gift. If you choose to self-ship your returns, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service. Business days are defined as all working days from Monday to Saturday, excluding national and state holidays. Refund Policy Under what conditions Refunds will be provided?
In case of the following scenarios you are liable to get a full refund of money (except any intimate product including Lingerie’s):
Certain categories of products which are non-returnable?
- We have shipped a wrong product that is not matching with your order.
- There is a manufacturing defect in the product ordered by you.
How long will the refund process take?
- Any intimate products including Lingerie’s are non-returnable and non-refundable. Also, for any non-returnable/non-refundable product the same will be mentioned in the product details page.
Expected refund resolution timeline is 14-21 days post Quality Check. Please note:
- For refund eligible products - Once the returned item is received at our warehouse, it undergoes a Quality Check. Typically the refund process is initiated within 2 days of Quality Check.
Where do I return my product?
- Receipt of payment would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you.
- For Debit Card and Credit Card transfers the time taken for refund depends finally on the bank. Though we would love to expedite the same, our hands are tied. Also, you can assume additional delay for nationalized banks. Banks send an SMS to customers for credit amount of more than Rs. 5000 only. In case your refund is less than Rs 5000 kindly check your bank or credit card account for confirmation.
- For value paid through Mobile Wallet, refund would be processed in terms of crediting the points back to your wallet only and will not be refunded in terms of money.
- In cases where Quality Check is not required, refund will be processed earlier on case to case basis.
